All textile and hand stitch enthusiasts out there will love exploring the Japanese craft of Shibori. Annabel provides clear guidance and design support to ensure a sense of creative achievement and fulfilment. Join this shibori hanging workshop where you will be introduced to stitched shibori and discover how to make your own exciting and individual shibori fabric patterns all inspired by designs in nature. Then put them together to create a small hanging and then stitching into the shibori designs. Annabel has distilled my many years of working with shibori to make a fun day of creativity and discovery. You will be given lots of help and encouragement through the different processes of shibori.

Join Annabel in this creative, social space to relax, connect, and enjoy being present with others who share your interests. Maximum of 8 students per workshop. Enjoy tea, coffee and homemade cake throughout the day, bring your own packed lunch. All materials are provided but if you have a favourite sewing kit, please bring it along
