Saturday 17 April, 10 - 1 - ABCD - Amble, Behold, Collect, and Draw.

Open to all ages over 10, and all levels, materials supplied.

Meet at 10am, finish at 1pm. We could eat lunch together if you bring a packed lunch and the weather allows.

Create your own mini sketch book diary with its own envelope to keep it in.

We will Amble down to South Brent Island and Behold the beauty and magic of nature, Collect some interesting bits and pieces and return to Art House to Draw our finds.

We will do some drawing exercises designed to relax you into drawing without fear and to help you enjoy mark-making. We will incorporate words too, and fill our morning sketch book diary with the morning’s observations. Once finished we will make our own envelope to keep the diary in. It could be a poetic look at nature which you then give to a friend, or a peaceful visual contemplation on nature which you keep and look at occasionally to remind yourself of the experience.
