In this one day workshop we will make a 12 segmented colour wheel, consider the layout of a palette, mix complementary colours to produce neutrals, darken and lighten colours, explore colour matching through simple exercises and look at uses of colour in a sample of paintings. By the end of the day you should feel more confident at mixing the colours you want. It will be easier to use waterbased paint such as watercolour, gouache or acrylic for this workshop - £75
